The apartment is in the ground floor of our 300 year old winemaker’s estate. In-door temperatures are adaptable – warm in winter, and cool in summer.
You will find an apartment with high walls alongside high quality hardwood flooring, in addition to ceramic tiling and a wide assortment of antique furniture as well as a unique and well equipped French metal bed. The kitchen is designed by "Leicht", dishwasher, induction hob, flue and baking oven are made by "Miele". We attach importance to quality.
You will especially love the tile stove which we heat up for you in winter. You may also use the internet, the Bluetooth device and the Smart TV to watch movies on Amazon Prime or Netflix. Our courtyard invites you to sit and enjoy the sun.

The apartment is located right in the middle of Großkarlbach, a tiny winegrowing village near the Deutsche Weinstraße. From here, you may do various trips to the Pfalz. There are restaurants and winemaker's estates here and in the villages near by, reachable by foot or by bike.
There is a close butcher's shop. You are able to do the groceries by car in a distance from 5 to 10 kilometres.
The apartment is located right in the middle of Großkarlbach - on main street - and is easily locatable:
• 5 kilometres from the highway (A6: exit Grünststadt or Frankenthal) or 10 kilometres (A650: exit Maxdorf/Fußgönheim)
• You're reaching the neighbour villages Weisenheim am Sand or Freinsheim by train as well as the city Frankenthal. From the main station there, you may take the bus.
• You also may use the well-developed cycle paths and trails.

Unilateral, free-of-charge withdrawal by a guest from a binding booking is generally excluded.
If you wish to cancel your booking, the initial payment will apply as cancellation fees.
If there is a ban on accommodation due to official regulations (due to the corona), you will receive your payment back.
Prices for accomodation include 5 % sales tax until including Thursday, 31 December 2020, afterwards 7 % sales tax.
The apartment is bookable anytime of year aside a few exceptions.
From July 1st, 2021 cultural tax for tourists of € 1.50 per person per night for 1-7 nights.

We renovated and decorated the apartment through the spring and summer months of 2020 by ourselves with experience and a fine eye for detail. In addition to the new renovation, our guests can expect tasteful decoration and cleanliness when staying with us.
