In the small village of Grizane, above the Riviera of Crikvenica, about 6 km from the main town of Crikvenica and the beaches, this idyllic country house with swimming pool is located. The approximately 220 m² living space of the house over two floors. The ground floor of the house has two bedrooms with double bed, each with its own bathroom with shower. On the first floor of the house there is another bedroom with double bed, a guest toilet, the approximately 30 m² living room and a dining room with fully equipped kitchen. From this floor you also have access to the furnished balcony. Highlight on the property is of course the approximately 24 m² swimming pool. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers. An outdoor shower is also available. In addition, the large terrace of the property with barbecue invites for common breakfast or dinner. Parking for your car is located directly on and next to the house. The house is equipped with satellite Tv, wireless internet, dishwasher and washing machine. The 6x4 m swimming pool is cleaned with the latest technology (without chlorine and other chemical additives).

For a few minutes by car, you reach the first beaches and the sea. For cycling lovers this location is a real paradise as well as for those who like fishing, since nearby you can find Tribalj Lake.

Coming from the direction of Rijeka, take immediately the first entrance to Crikvenica (you drive below the blue sign Crikvenica, next to the "Duga Mall" shopping center) At the first big crossroads ( return to Rijeka(left), Crikvenica -center (straight ahead), right...Adriagate. Turn right, follow the sign down the hill. On the left side you will see a yellow hotel. Turn right and you will find yourself in the street Brace dr. Sobol, where our tourist office is located. On the right side you will see our agency. We work all day long.
