The youngest can swim on the south beach (about 500 m away), where the waves and currents are adapted; this beach is THE beach for families.
The youngest can sleep in the morning and go out in the evening without worrying their parents, because they can walk to the landais square or eat an ice cream in the city centre (on foot or by bike) on the famous glacier "Glaces Romane".
Parents can laze by the heated swimming pool without facing each other or have lunch under the covered terrace (ideal at lunchtime); the fridge can be filled on foot from the villa (100 m).
Grandparents can enjoy the villa, the garden and the swimming pool without ever having to climb stairs, as the 2 rooms, called "parents' suites", are located on the ground floor. (with private shower room)
