From the spacious roofed balcony (25 sqm) you have an overwhelming view over the lake to the Alps or to Mainau Island with magnificent sunsets. You can expect a very high quality equipment, from exclusive dishes to the most modern washing machine. The bed in the second bedroom is 160 cm wide and only accessible from one side.
The historic old town of Meersburg and the ferry to Constance can be reached by a 1.5 km walk along the lake. Also the cosy neighboring village at the lake Unteruhldingen is not far away. Shopping facilities are located in both villages, about 4 km away.
Stella Regia convinces by its location at the waterfront, its unobstructed view across the lake and the freely accessible natural beach, which is located right across the street. The extravagant furnishing creates an atmosphere of exclusiveness and luxury.

With Meersburg being the heart of shipping at Lake of Constance, all localities can be reached by ferries. Via passenger ship the Isle of Mainau and the old town of Constance at the opposite side of the lake can be reached in 20 and 30 minutes, respectively (April to October).
The romantic town Meersburg invites you to wander its streets with charming shops and cafes and to visit the old and the new castle, as well as other interesting museums.
Let yourselves be introduced to fish specialties of the lake region in numerous restaurants, or take home fish and a fine bottle of regional wine from the farmer's market to enjoy in your vacation home at Stella Regia.
All along the lakeside and in the periphery there is a multitude of sites and adventures to discover - we are happy to provide you with options and suggestions.
Coming from the north, Stella Regia is reached by taking the B 31 exit Uhldingen-Mühlhofen off the A 98, then following the signs to Meersburg/Autofähre Konstanz. From the south-east, take the exit Meersburg off the B 31 and follow the signs to the Autofähre, then take a right turn at the lake in the direction of Unteruhldingen. Coming from the south-west, the car ferry in Constance departes every 15 minutes during the day. After the passage, in Meersburg, take a left turn in the direction of Unteruhldingen.
