The cottage is fully equipped. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a hob with 2 burners, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, etc. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. In the garden there is a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet and if it gets too hot you can cool off on the sun loungers under the roof. The cozy pellet stove provides heating in winter.

The cottage is 850 meters from the beach. This is a quiet stretch of beach on the edge of the village. The larger beach of Wemeldinge is about 500 meters away. In addition, you can optimally enjoy diving, swimming, sailing and other water sports on the Oosterschelde.
The accommodation is accessible by car or public transport.

Cancellation by the tenant
a) Cancellations must first be reported by telephone to the BGH and then confirmed by registered mail, enclosing the booking confirmation.
b. For cancellations after 8 days and up to three months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the rental price will be charged.
c. In case of cancellation between 3 months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price will be charged.
d. In case of cancellation between 1 month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the rental price will be charged.
e. If you cancel less than one week before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental fee will be charged.
