The apartment is located in front of the "Promenade du Paillon", a new park created in the Nice dowtown, only a few steps from the beach, close to local grocery stores, succulent bakeries and restaurants. Close to the excellent tramway network and easy access to the Promenade and the beach. 3rd floor of a well maintained building. It is accessible by stairs.
