This beautiful family home is part of a large urbanization built on a hill between the medieval village of Pals and the beach of Pals (Platja de Pals). There is a large supermarket, a bakery and a fish shop within walking distance (1 km). Other amenities are at least 3 km from the house and public transport is hard to find. The owners , both dive-masters, offer their tenants a free try dive in the pool, which in the past was used to train aspirant divers before fit to dive in open water.

Casafuera Facilities is managed by Ellen & Jan de Rook, active in the Costa Brava since 2009. Before this period Jan was owner and manager of the still existing Tennisschool Jan de Rook in The Hague (Holland). After her study facility management Ellen has been working for several years as facility manager. With this backround the transformation to start a new business was an obvious decision. Their son Lars is studying Tourism in Palafrugell and will probably join his parents in the future.
