Villa Frantoio is a magnificent villa. The ground floor includes a large, fully-equipped kitchen that is connected with the dining and living area. From there, you have access to a spacious terrace, private swimming pool, and covered areas for al fresco meals and relaxation in the shade. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace, patio and pool. On the lower level where guests can enjoy the finnish sauna, and can also experience the private wine cellar stocked full of local wine. My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
