The apartment is located in Kommerscheidt in part of Nideggen-Schmidt at the end of a quiet side street right on the edge of field and forest.
The apartment is free standing. Built in 2017 to 2018 and was first rented as a holiday apartment at th end of April 2019.
It is modern and fully furnished.
We have two bedrooms that each have two beds. One of them has a double bed: 180 cm x 200 cm. In the 2nd bedroom, 2 single beds, 100 x 200 cm.
The apartment has two toilets, one in the spacious bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. One is separate.
From the dining table in the large living/dining area you have a wonderful view of up to 70 km of the flat surrounding area between Jülich and Cologne.
Underfloor heating provided by eco-friendly ground heat in combination with photovoltaics.
