A master suite on the ground floor has direct access to the pool and an en-suite bathroom. The master suite on the upper floor has access to the terrace and a great view over the pool and the canal. The other two rooms on the ground floor also have private bathrooms.

We recommend you to rent a boat for a few days in this perfect location directly at the harbor. The offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva are only a stone's throw away, and you can also reach the beach of Fort Myers by boat. Please note that the boat lift is occupied by the owner's private boat. You can moor a smaller boat next to the dock (must be watered). Please contact us for information.
