The villa is set on a large piece of land where your children can run around freely, or play some football. The outdoor pool can be the place to seek refreshment on such active summer days. The villa can accommodate up to 9 persons in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a toilet, a living/dining room and a bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a wash room. There is abundant space in the interior, but for sure you will spend most of the time outside, in the al-fresco dining area. The villa owners also offer bread and pastry delivery to the villa, so you can have fresh bread in the villa every morning without even leaving the house.

This villa is situated in a peaceful Istrian countryside setting which makes it a perfect retreat from rush of a modern life. Central Istria with hilltop towns and beautiful landscape is ideal for driving, cycling and walking. Beaches and Istrias tourist and historical centres are only a short drive away from the villa. The nearest beaches are located in Porec. You can find museums, galleries and many valuable city palaces.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
