Here you can really relax. In the large living-dining room with open kitchen, sofa and reading armchair invite you to relax. You can enjoy breakfast on the wide south-east balcony and the evening sun on the balcony facing the lake. The kitchen is well equipped, try a Lake Constance fish! The romantic old town of Meersburg is only a few minutes walk away. You can park your car directly at the house. A special advantage: the guest bus starts directly at the house. With your guest card you can use it to go to the lake for free. Also on foot it is only 10 minutes to the sunbathing lawn, thermal bath or the outdoor swimming pool. Two bakers, a well-assorted discount store and the Meersburg Wine Grower's Association are in the immediate vicinity.

The house is a fabulous starting point for your excursions into the diverse Lake Constance region. From April to October the guest bus takes you to the Meersburg harbour free of charge. The well-developed network of cycle paths in the lake Constance region is in the immediate vicinity. The famous wine trail above the vines with magnificent views of the lake and the mountains begins a stone's throw away. If you take the car, you will be on the main roads 31 and 33 in two minutes.
Take the Meersburg exit from the B 31 and take the second exit at the traffic circle. Now you are already driving towards the house. The parking spaces are on the left side of the building.
