Village Belavici belongs to the municipality of Barban. It is located about 20 km from the towns Labin, Rabac and Pula, and about 20 km from central Istria. Due to its central location it is an excellent starting point for bicycle and hiking tours. The east coast of Istria offers the diversity of beaches and crystal clear sea. In the evening, Rabac is perfect for strolling by the sea and dining in one of delicious family-owned fish restaurants offering local specials.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 200€ refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
