With the villa being located close to all amenities and the nice pebbly beach just a few meters away. Take part in one of the interesting events like the Pula movie festival or the Antique Spectacle both taking place in the old amphitheatre, visit museums or the aquarium. My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at the request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
