Brand new LAKE FRONT apartment in residence with tennis court, playground, beach access and possibility to let small boats to water.
The Costa D´Oro Yacht Club complex is a very nice and quiet residence in Lugana di Sirmione. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2019 and is located on the second and last floor (lift). It comes with a full lake view balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the Sirmione peninsula.
The apartment is spread over 2 floors. Downstairs we find a bright living room with access to the balcony overlooking Lake Garda, a double sofa bed (160 * 190cm) with high quality mattress, TV with Italian and foreign channels, American kitchen with bistro table t o enjoy dinners with 4 people, bathroom with shower , WC, bidet, washing machine.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with a further bathroom inside the master bedroom, double bed, walk-in closet and a bright gallery with wardrobe and 2 single beds. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking utensils, quality crockery, coffee machine, sandwich maker, oven and microwave.
The apartment has a heat pump cooling and heating system.
