Translated from Croatian, the name of this villa means “grandpa´s house”, as it is a thoughtfully restored stone villa with a contemporary interior that has preserved its rustic charm. The villa is set on a 1000 m2 large plot, mostly covered with a stone terrace, where you can enjoy the warm Dalmatian sun on one of the sun loungers next to the pool, or enjoy some specialties in the outdoor dining area, that you´ve prepared in the traditionally equipped kitchen with a charcoal grill.
The villa consists of 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each having a double bed, flat screen, and an en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the upper floor. A fitness room with multifunctional machines is also at your disposal. The interiors of the whole villa have been designed to provide exceptional comfort in a fully air-conditioned country retreat. The main ground floor room with an open plan is divided into the living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. It´s bright and spacious, with rustic details and direct access to the terrace and the lovely pool area.
Villa Didova Kuca is located in the very well connected Zadar region, in a small place called Podlug, just a few kilometers away from Benkovac. Benkovac is a small town, dominated by the Castel Benkovic (15th centruy), today the “center” of the Ravni Kotari region, which refers to the fruitful field area in Zadar´s hinterland. A fair is held every month in Benkovac and is a great way to experience the customs and local food. You can visit the heritage museum in Benkovac, visit the local winery and enjoy the amazing sunset from the panoramic spot Kamenjak near the Vrana Lake. The Zadar region has 3 nature parks - Telašćica, Northern Velebit and Vransko Lake as well as 5 national parks - Paklenica, Plitvice, Kornati, Krka and Velebit, that rank Zadar and its surroundings on the top of the Croatian tourist offer. In about 20 km from the villa, you can reach the nearest beaches in the Zadar surrounding (Biograd na moru, Pakostane, etc.) or on the northern side, near Novigrad.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300,00 € refundable damage deposit or 30 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
