The villa is new and fully equipped, with new furniture and entirely air-conditioned. In the 2020 season only the upper floor of the house will be rented. The ground floor is not used, so privacy is guaranteed.
There is space for up to 6 people, 4 in two bedrooms, and for two more people on the new large sofa bed in the air-conditioned living room.
The large balcony with barbecue and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen give a view of the nature and the sea canal.
The channel of sea water is suitable for swimming, canoeing and fishing.

100% if the previously reserved period is sold to another group at the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded. There are no additional cancellation costs.
