Villa Vinea is nested in the small village of Momjan, less than 20 km from the coastal town of Umag. Umag offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the charming cobbled streets of the town. Near the town you can find Istralandia water park - ideal for a day of fun for the whole family. Momjan and the region around Buje, the nearest town, are well known for picturesque hills, vineyards, olive groves and agrotourism.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
