Beautiful Villa Casa Maya is located in the small village of Pobri, only 2 km away from the famous tourist pearl of Opatija. It is away enough to have a quiet holiday away from the tourist crowd and yet close enough to get to the famous Opatija Riviera and Lungomare promenade and all that it offers. Opatija is the oldest tourist center in Croatia whose history dates back to the 19th century when the dynasty Habsburg turned the city into a destination for noblemen.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
