This charming villa is located in the ancient city of Zadar, only 2 km from the beautiful blue sea, but only a few steps from your very own private pool! Villa Antea consists of a ground floor and 2 mezzanine floors. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are distributed evenly over the two mezzanine floors, while the 3rd bathroom and the living area with a kitchen and dining area are located on the ground floor with direct pool access. The outdoor area features a separate kitchen with BBQ and the beautiful private pool with sun loungers for kicking back and cooling off. The indoor hot tub is convinetly located on the second mezzanine floor from where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. Enjoy your time in this wonderful, cosy villa. :)

Zadar is an ancient city with rich cultural and historical heritage going back all the way to ancient, medieval and renaissance times. But beside cultural and historical beauties, Dalmatia offers a unique gastro experience, known for home-made Dalmatian prosciutto and Mediterranean blue mussels. Zadar is famous for the light installation "Greeting to the Sun" and the symphony of the Sea Organ. As one of the possibilities for a day trip we would definitely recommend the national and nature parks.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 400,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
