Villa LV is located in a small village of Fiorini, between popular coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad, only 1.5 km from the beach. Umag offers a great choice of leisure activities, tourist conveniences as well as a little port. Although being a popular tourist destination, Novigrad has to this day kept its intimate and irresistible charm of a typical quiet Mediterranean fishing town.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
