Lovely Villa Murva is a 3-bedroom villa near Porec. The ground floor consists of a living and dining area, connected to a fully equipped kitchen, which has direct access to the pool area in villa´s garden. All of the three bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a double bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, while the other floor are nested on the upper floor, sharing an enjoyable terrace. Outside, in the garden, there is a covered terrace, where you can enjoy outdoor dining and prepare meals on the charcoal barbecue. There is a little lawn with a trampoline, where kids can enjoy and have fun, while you soak in the sun on the sun loungers next to the pool. The villa is the perfect family accommodation, suitable for up to 8 persons, fully air-conditioned, with two private parking spaces and located in a small place but close to all amenities that you might need during your vacation.

Villa Murva is located near the city of Porec. Porec is the famous Istrian tourist centre, known for its beautiful beaches as well as rich cultural heritage. When it comes to cultural heritage, this Istrian jewel is mostly known for the Euphrasian Basilica, which is considered to be one of most beautiful works of art in the world. Porec has a variety of beach clubs, coffee bars and nightclubs, however, you can also choose from many different restaurants where you can try out delicious Istrian cuisine.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
1 well behaved pet is welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50€ per pet per week
