This exquisite villa is located on the island of Krk in the Kvarner region. It is perfectly suited for up to 6 guests. It consists of a spacious living-dining area on the ground floor that is furnished with high-standard quality furniture and materials. The first floor is reserved for relaxation and a good night's sleep since there you will find only the comfortable bedrooms. There are three of them, two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with TVs, air condition units and ensuite bathrooms. My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
