Villa Julia is located in Liznjan, a fishing village in south-east Istria, near Medulin. The inhabitants of this city, apart from tourism, are also engaged in fishing just like thousands of years ago. From Liznjan you can see the Kvarner Bay to the islands of Cres and Losinj. Nearby are the remains of the Roman settlement of Vizace (Nesactium). The picturesque harbor offers seafood specialties. For lovers of horse riding, there is a center for horse riding.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 500 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
