Hello! This apartment is a fairly new construction (2018) with underfloor heating and located in the centre of the municipality Prerow.
In autumn, thousands of cranes gather here on the Darß peninsula to rest for a few week before continuing on their journey - a spectacle you don't want to miss. This is also the rutting season and you might get lucky and see stags in the Darß Forest. Or you can simply go on excursions into the surrounding region, either by bicycle or on foot.

The beach is a short 10-minute walk away. Your accommodation is also in the immediate vicinity of the redesigned shopping arcade and the town centre. The nearest bicycle rental service is just around the corner and a bakery, shopping market and restaurant are nearby as well (a 6-minute walk). The bus stop is 6 minutes away and the harbour 12 minutes. At the harbour you can book interesting boat tours or take the steamboat from Zingst to Barth, Stralsund or Hiddensee.
Coming from Berlin, take the A19, then continue on the B105 towards Ribnitz-Damgarten.
At the junction in Altheide, follow the road towards Prerow, from there it's approx. 36 km to the village entrance.
