Just 100 m from the first beach, offering a sea view from every bedroom and the living room, you will find the beautiful Villa Kamik. The villa itself consists of 2 floors, features a 32m2 private pool and a lovely carefully tended garden. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living/ dining area and 1 bathroom. From the open-concept living area, you can directly access the terrace which is connected to the garden. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the 1st floor. One of the bedrooms has a terrace with a garden with wild olives and Mediterranean herbs. What makes this villa so special is the outdoor area with not only the private pool but also lots of Mediterranean herbs, a garden and an orchard with ecologically grown fruit.

Kostrena is an old popular seaside town, located just 9 km from Rijeka in Kvarner Bay. The small Kostrena peninsula is only 10 km long with a mild slope towards the sea coast. The town is known for its beautiful beaches, clear sea water and a 3 km long promenade along the coast with restaurants and bars. You can enjoy scuba diving, sailing, jet skiing as well as cycling and jogging. The island of Krk can be reached in a ca. half-hour drive as well as the mountains.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 400 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
Max. 2 well-behaved pets are welcome for an extra cleaning charge of 70 € per pet per week.
