The charmingly decorated Villa Leticia with a beautiful sea view on one side & mountain view on the other - is suitable for up to 9 people. The ground floor with access to the pool and terrace consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, bathroom, sauna and small gym. From the living room, kitchen and gym you have direct access to the pool overlooking the sea. The first floor can be accessed by an internal staircase and an outer staircase. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the sea. Each bedroom has its own safe, satellite TV and air conditioning unit, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom.

Villa Leticija is located in a quiet idyllic neighborhood of Hreljin. The beautiful Mediterranean town of Crikvenica is just a short drive away. Crikvenica is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia where you can find beautiful sandy beaches, beautiful promenades and kind people as well as plenty of attractions such as aquariums, adranaline parks, etc. but if you are in the mood for sightseeing, explore nearby islands like Krk, Rab and Lošinj.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 500,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
Pool heating with solar pump upon request, free of charge, weather-related temperature
Max. 2 well behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 100€ per pet per week.
