The exteriors of this nice chalet are very cozy. Its garden is simple but invites you to relax feeling the fresh sea breeze. You can enjoy your breakfast or an afternoon grilled meal after a morning on the beach. At sunset, you will want to chill on the terrace armchairs while having a glass of wine and enjoying some conversation. To sunbathe and disconnect, you have at your disposal a hanging hammock, two sunbeds and a parasol on the upper terrace, which has beautiful sea views.
Once entered the house, you will find a spacious living room with two sofas and satellite television, cooled by air conditioning for hot days and a fireplace for the coldest ones. The kitchen is independent, it has ceramic hobs and all the equipment for cooking like at home. In the laundry room you have an ironing board, an iron and the washing machine. There are two bedrooms with wardrobe for your confort. The first one, with two single beds, offers direct access and it does not have privacy from the corridor or through the sliding doors of the room. The second, with a double bed, has space for a cot and a highchair, exit to a terrace and an en-suite bathroom, all as a modern open space. A second bathroom with shower its at the disposal of the the entire property. There is a fan for your use in case needed.
There is a garage to store one car.
Events and pets are not allowed in the property.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

If what you are looking for is a nice quiet town by the beach, Son Serra de Marina is perfect as it is hardly overcrowded. Its beach with blue waters and fine sand is extraordinary.
Son Real is located a few kilometers away, so you can take advantage of the hiking route that crosses the necropolis of the 7th century BC. if you like excursions. If you want to visit a more lively area, you can head to Can Picafort or Port of Alcúdia.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
