The apartment, situated on the first floor, continues to delight with the master bedroom, provided with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC. This spacious holiday is completed by the second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, and the second bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet, WC and washing machine.
Through an internal ladder guests can reach the gallery designed with a small living room with a sofa and with the third bedroom equipped with two single beds. This bedroom overlooks the double bedroom on the ground floor.
Guests of this holiday home can easily park their car in the private parking space inside Cascina Valene property.
The high quality finishes of the apartment, such as parquet floor in the bedrooms, wood beams, modern and high quality furniture, guarantee comfort and relax to guests during their holiday at the Lake.

Cascina Valene is provided with a scenic pool with sun beds available from July 1st to September 15th and with large shared gardens where kids and children can play during summer!
