The front door opens into an imposing hallway with an occasional table and chairs which then follows through into a huge living room with comfy seating and picture windows overlooking the garden, palm trees and pool terrace beyond. There is a large and very well equipped modern kitchen and separate dining room which opens out to a covered outdoor dining terrace with table and chairs overlooking the garden and pool.

The property stands within a private and peaceful garden dotted with mature palm trees and Mediterranean shrubs with a fabulous free form pool surrounded by a pool terrace, a separate pool house with bar and barbecue and another outdoor dining table. The location is ideal being close to the beaches at Garoupe, Salis, Oden & l'Illette and just a 15 minute walk to the restaurant and beach bars of la Garoupe and a 5 minute walk to local shops. From the villa you can also walk into Antibes and to the lively restaurants and bars of Juan le Pins (approximately 20 minutes).
