Favorably located only a short drive from the beautiful Adria, Villa Dalmacija 365 No.7 presents an excellent base from which to explore all the delights of Dalmatia. On the ground floor there is a spacious and comfortable living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Upstairs you will find 4 cosy bedrooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom. Outside area is ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun by the villa´s private pool, however you can also prepare dishes on the grill or dine al fresco while enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate.

The villa Dalmacija 365 is located near Zadar, in a village Debeljak. Visit Zadar, walk through the streets, all the way to the coast. Taste traditional Dalmatian dishes such as prosciutto and cheese or octopus under the bell. The Kornati National Parks and the Krka Waterfalls are unavoidable. Visit the islands of the Zadar archipelago known for its beaches and clear sea. If you want to spend your vacation actively, you can rent bicycles.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
