Beautiful house in a small complex with stunning sea views. The house has a spacious living room with fireplace and dining area, a large, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom downstairs. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, fitted wardrobes and are equipped with air conditioning. From the bedrooms you have a great view of the surroundings and the sea. Large patio doors from the living room lead onto a nice balcony with dining area and BBQ. Very close is the community pool of the complex with a beautifully landscaped garden and large lawn, which can also be used. The nearest beach is only a few minutes. There are many more beautiful coves and beaches in the area. Within walking distance you can reach supermarkets and numerous restaurants.
Beautiful sea view, family complex, pool with views, supermarket in a few minutes to reach as well as a smaller and a larger supermarket and various restaurants. One of the countless beaches can be reached on foot, but we would recommend a rental car.

Casa Patricia is located at Jardim do Mar finds itself 3km South of the village of Porches(centrally located between Portimao - Albufeira ), directly north of the fantastic bay beaches of 5-star complexes Vila Vita Parc and Vila Lara. The also splendid beach Praia da Senhora da Rocha, with its chappel on the cliffs, is closest to the house, from here you can start hours and hours of walking, mountain biking or horse riding in undisturbed nature. Within a radius of easy car reach there are several beaches which have been awarded with the blue EU-flag (for clean water, eg. Portugal Top Ten Beaches) as well as prestigious golf courses (Pinta & Gramacho Golf, Vale do Milho Golf, Silves Golf, Salgados).
Armacao de Pera, a coastal town with a beautiful boulevard and a fantastic 5 km long beach(one of the very few in the West-Algarve) at 5 car minutes, specially at the end of boulevard ideal for families with youger children as beach relative wide. Good size supermarket at 1 mile, big shopping malls, Algarve Shopping just outside Guia and Aqua in Portimão at 15-20 minutes.
Faro airport is about 50 km away, we recommend a rental car or we can also arrange a special tax for your arrival which will bring you to your holiday villa. With your booking, we will send you the exact direction by e-mail. A rental car is definitely recommended to visit a variety of beautiful beaches.
