This villa has all the amenities to make your stay a memorable one. It is very bright and spacious and has air conditioning throughout the house for the summer months and oil central heating for the winter months. This 250m2 villa is ideal for friends, couples or families with children.
The beach is only a few meters away and is ideal for children because of its shallow depth and gentle waves. The location of the house is absolutely perfect, a bit away from the tourist crowds it is about 150 meters to the beach of Ca'n Picafort and the nearest big supermarket is right next door. Restaurants and bars, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, bus stops and much more are nearby.
