Villa Del Sole provides a relaxing base from which to explore all the delights this beautiful region has to offer. The main house features an open space kitchen and dining room leading out on the lovely terrace with a further dining and lounge area for enjoying the lazy afternoons in the shade. There is also a cosy living room with direct access to the pool and the garden, as well as two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a shared bathroom. The independent studio apartment is right next to the pool and has a double bedroom with an additional sofa bed, a small kitchen with a dining area, as well as a private bathroom.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 200€ refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35€ non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
