The 4-room chalet can accommodate up to 6 people. The layout is as follows: Entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. In the basement there are two bedrooms both with double bed and a bunk bed. On the second floor is the living room with fireplace. The third bedroom with private bathroom has a toilet and bathtub. In addition, there is a balcony across the width of the living room.
The chalet is fully equipped. There is a fireplace, oven, washing machine, shower, bathtub, TV, music system and community pool. The beautifully landscaped heated outdoor pool is available in July and August for the residents of this chalet.
In winter there is a free shuttle bus between Grand Roc and the ski station. The nearest bus stop is 100 meters from the chalet. Due to the location of the ski resort is quite snow safe even in milder winters.
Thollon les Memises is a Savoyard village on a plateau on the French side of Lake Geneva. It is situated at an altitude of 1000 meters. The original farming village borders the lake and the Memises mountain range. From the village you have a beautiful view of Lake Geneva, the Jura Mountains, the Swiss Alps and the Swiss cities of Lausanne and Montreux.

You can cancel the contract at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, you are obliged to compensate us for the damage incurred. You have the option to cancel free of charge up to 42 days before the start of the rental period. In case of a later cancellation we ask for your understanding that we have to ask for the deposit until four weeks before arrival and for the full amount paid in case of a later cancellation. If we manage to rent out the week again, we will refund the amount already paid - minus any costs incurred.
The date of receipt of your cancellation notice counts in each case. You can provide a substitute person who will take over your contract under the same conditions. A written notification is sufficient.
