This charming villa was originally built in 1860 and completely restored in 2010. On the ground floor you will find an open plan living and dining area with wooden beams and open stone walls.The living area will be slightly renovated for season 2018 and there will no longer be a fireplace in this room. On this floor there is also one cosy bedroom with double bed. The other 2 bedrooms, both air conditioned and equipped with a TV, are located on the first floor. The outside area is no less dashing: surrounded by a carefully tended garden, here you will find your own private swimming pool.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
