The building is situated few minutes of the Promenade des Anglais and the Place Masséna. Whilst you'll need to stroll into the centre of town, it's easily accessible. It will take you 3 minutes to walk to get to Cours Saleya, the hub of the pedestrian zone with its surrounding restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Should you prefer it is a 3 minute stroll along the Promenade by the sea. Plus there are restaurants, shops and bars within a five minute walk.
