A detached holiday house with an 8 x 4.5m pool on a large, 1,200-square-metre, beautifully laid out plot of land in an elevated location whose views can never be obstructed. The house lies on the southern slope of the Mostalla mountains with a fantastic, 180º panoramic view from the mountains to the sea. You can see the historic, 700-year-old city of Pego from here and look out across hundreds of thousands of orange trees that stretch right down to the sea. Experience the freedom and enjoy the endless open space.
The large terrace is an inviting place to eat breakfast, lunch, have a barbecue or relax every single day. Round off your day with a lovely glass of red wine in your hand and marvel at the unbelievable starry sky here in the south.
The holiday house was built in 2003 and bought and renovated by us in 2015. It's in magnificent condition and leaves no wishes unfulfilled.
The property enjoys 120 square metres of living space with an additional 40-square-metre apartment on the upper storey if you wish (with a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchenette) with a large, 20-square-metre roof terrace that isn't overlooked. We only rent out the apartment along with the main house! This of course means that no strangers will be using your pool - only the friends or relatives you bring with you. There's air conditioning in all of the bedrooms, allowing you to spend even warm nights in comfort. The 2/3 bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and there's an outside shower and toilet, so there won't be any fighting for bathroom space early in the morning. The house and the kitchen in particular are both fully furnished and comprehensively equipped. There's absolutely everything you'll need.
If you fancy enjoying a sauna, you'll find it in the basement alongside the washing machine and the ironing station.
The holiday home has central heating (only operational in the winter months) and an open fireplace, making your stay here very comfortable indeed, even in winter and during the in-between season.
The manager of our holiday home is a keen racing cyclist. That means he's very happy to organise cycle tours and/or cycle hire.
You can choose between 5 interesting golf courses all within a radius of around 40km, including the nearby (approx. 8km) new 18-hole "Club de Golf Oliva Nova" (course 6,270m, par 72, handicap limit: 36/36).
Pego sits slightly tucked away between Denia and Oliva in the interior and is overlooked by many as a result. This means that anyone who makes the detour here can enjoy the city's wonderful location in total peace and quiet.
You'll find tennis courts, golf courses, all the shops you could want and lots of restaurants serving Spanish and international cuisine in the near vicinity. The Pego Valley is flat, making it ideal for hiking and cycling.
The seaside nearby with its beach that's broad, kilometres long, well-kept, covered in powder sand and flanked by dunes is never overcrowded and offers everything you could hope for in a beach holiday.
We particularly recommend taking trips into the mountainous interior with its magnificent views.
Valencia airport and Alicante airport are both approximately 100 kilometres away. Numerous airlines land there on a regular basis. In order to let you take flexible, affordable flights, we don't set fixed changeover days - we're happy to coordinate with you instead.
