Completely renovated in 2015, the Finca offers a great location, not far from the town’s shopping area and 10 km away from idyllic crystalline beaches.
The main house, characterised by its modern and fresh style, is filled with state-of-the-art technology, and it offers the best combination of design and quality in a magnificent location.
Tradition and modernity come together in the house’s stunning façade, in which quarry stones honour old Mallorcan building style, a symbiosis continues once inside the house. A spacious open floor plan allows for a smooth transition from the living room to the dining area kitchen. Natural light comes into the house through its numerous large windows, and this feeling can only be amplified when taking into account the high beamed ceilings, white walls and extra-large grey floor tiles.
Regarding furniture, designer touches are ever-present, from the large white leather sofa facing a 360º rotatable LCD TV set to the long glass dining table surrounded by swinger chairs and a sleek chrome bench. A large island creates the perfect optical separation between the dining area and the sophisticated glossy white kitchen, where high range appliances simplify everyday tasks.
Once again, a framed section of the old dry stone wall reminds guests of the house’s roots, whereas large shiny abstract pictures add a contemporary touch. Right at the entrance, a dresser proves to be much more than a simple piece of furniture; its fantastic design turns it into a work of art. Design, art and functionality work in perfect partnership all throughout the house. The two bathrooms include not only the highest quality tile work but also stylish bath elements, thus offering guests absolute comfort.
There are three bedrooms in the house: two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, fitted out with two single beds. These rooms are decorated in a similar style and they coincide in using sophisticated lamps and lighting fixtures, making for a relaxed and pleasant feeling. Special attention should be paid to the masonry work present in one of the double bedrooms, which works as a headboard offering indirect violet lighting. Once again, a highly successful combination of modern design and Mallorcan tradition.
The garden area is as exciting as the house, including plenty of lawn and patio areas, apart from all the land included in the state. Ergonomic deck chairs and sunshades, plus an extremely comfortable Balinese bed, are the perfect place to enjoy a lazy sunny day or a good book.
