The bright kitchen features all important cooking utensils, a gas stove, dishwasher and much more. A bedroom with two twin beds and shower bath en-suite can be found on the ground floor. Besides, there's a toilet and a office in case you have to work or study during your holidays.
A staircase leads you to the first floor where the remaining bedrooms are located. Two come with a double bed and shower bath en-suite. The fourth room is the most spacious one, counting with a double bed, two single beds, a dressing room and a modern bath with massage shower. Additionally, this room has access to the first floor terrace.
This house caters for both seasons as it has centralized A/C in the whole house and underfloor heating for the winter. There's also a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Another shower bath can be found in the garage.

This villa is set in Son Oliver, S'Aranjassa, only 17 km from Palma de Mallorca. The capital is famous because of the Cathedral La Seu, the Bellver Castle and the picturesque old town. The city is a mix of modern life and its history and so you can still see the old town wall, historically interesting buildings and old wind mills. Playa de Palma is 10 km from the house. By car you could visit more beaches like Es Trenc and Cala Pi. Supermarkets and everything else you may need as a self caterer can be found in Can Pastilla or S'Arenal.
If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
