With the beach at only 300m, this villa has the luxury of a private, chlorine pool of 5m x 5m (triangular). Enjoy a relaxing sun bath on the sun loungers beside the pool or freshen up in the exterior shower. There are several terraces to choose from, for your breakfast or an exquisite barbecue dinner with your loved ones. The terrace with sofas, beside the pool, will be your favorite place to hang out with a glass of wine or watch the kids playing in the pool. There are direct neighbors, but the hedge provides privacy on the terrace and it is a relatively quiet area of the urbanization.
The homely interior combines elegance with modern elements. The house is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with satellite TV, to relax with a good book or a movie. A majestic hall opens up with pillars and arches to the elegant dining room. Even without being a culinary artist, you will love to prepare a delightful dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove top and an electric oven. It even counts with a dishwasher, so you do not have to wash up afterwards. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a fan, as well as a bathroom with a shower and access to the terrace.
On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with a wardrobe, a fan and access to the terrace. There is a bathroom with a bath tub. Also, we can prepare a cot and a highchair.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Sa Coma is a lively place during summer. The fine sandy beach is perfect for families and there are all kinds of services available, like rental of sun loungers and umbrellas and a promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. During the rest of the year, the area is quieter and most guests love to play golf, go out for cycling or do some sightseeing on the island. The golf course of Pula Golf is within 10 km and the cycling route Via Verda, from Artà to Manacor, is nearby. In Artà there is a market on Tuesdays.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
