The 60m² non-smoking basement apartment consists of two bedrooms. One is a single room (100 x 200cm) and the other a double room with a farm cupboard and a four-poster bed (180 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and oven. A living / bedroom with TV, Blue Ray player and another single bed (140 x 200 cm) with dining area.
The first patio with garden furniture is located directly at the entrance to the apartment. In the garden there are 2 sun loungers with a parasol and a view of the Rhine. A little further there is a pavilion with a bamboo roof and garden furniture.

When coming from the A3 motorway, take the Dernbacher Dreieck exit, take the A48 towards Koblenz. Then take the B42 towards Koblenz Ost / Vallendar to Kamp-Bornhofen. In Kamp turn left into Bornstr. on. In the square with the pump, please take the right road into the Hohenrain. Continue until you see the sign "Villa-Gast" on the left and turn right behind the sign into the farm entrance.
