This villa is a special find, tucked away a few steps from the harbour up a little alley lined with elegant small villas, overhanging with bougainvilleas and palm trees. The villa is entered through an old gate in the wall, into a paved and terraced garden. A few more steps lead to a patio with a Jacuzzi and a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. Inside the villa is unique in its style, very seaside leisurely feel, old and new furniture, with bleached floors and lots of space. Open the window, and you see the sea of emerald blue.
A few steps lead to the entrance into the hallway and the sitting room, and then onto the kitchen/diner. The sitting room is very cosy and cool, with nice comfortable sand coloured sofa and armchairs, and an old restored settee, providing plenty of seating for six to eight persons. There is also a satellite TV/DVD and WiFi. The kitchen is very simple but contains all equipment, fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, all the cooking utensils and tableware. An old dining table can accommodate six to eight people. In the basement there is a small gym room.
A narrow staircase leads form the living area to the first floor, where there is a nice shower room and two lovely cool double bedrooms. One of them has a lovely view of the sea. Old wardrobes and chests of drawers are placed in the bedrooms and in the hallway, and all bed linen and towels are included.
The master bedroom and bathroom is on the second floor, with even more spectacular sea view.
The villa has several patios and terraces, with a BBQ and an outdoor dining table. On one of the decks is a lovely jacuzzi for five people, several sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
The villa is located right in the old town of Cavtat.
Only 200 metres to the beach.
