Holiday house Radin is located in the area of Porec Novo Naselje, only 400m from the nearest beach and 15 minutes walking from the city center. The house has been built in the year 1988 and it is partly renovated in 2013. It has a garden with barbecue and private covered parking. The owner does not live on the property.
The family house for 6-7 persons is located on two floors with a surface area of 120 m². On the ground floor there is a living area with a two-persons sleeping couch, satellite tv and terrace, kitchen with dining table and shower/toilet. There is an exit to the second terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture from the hallway. On the first floor their are three double bedrooms, two of them with balcony and a bathroom with shower/toilet.

Bei Kündigungen ab 41 Tagen bis 28 Tagen vor der Ankunft: werden 30% des Gesamtbetrags der Reservierung berechnet.
Bei Kündigungen ab 27 Tagen bis 8 Tagen vor der Ankunft: werden 70% des Gesamtbetrags der Reservierung berechnet.
Bei Kündigungen ab 7 Tagen bis 1 Tag vor Ankunft: werden 80% des Gesamtbetrags der Reservierung berechnet.
Bei Kündigungen am Anreisetag oder NO SHOW: werden 100% des Gesamtbetrags der Reservierung berechnet.
Als Kündigungsdatum wird das Datum betrachtet, an dem die Nachricht über die Kündigung eintrifft. (bei Sonn- oder Feiertagen gilt der folgende Werktag). Bei Nichtankunft oder einer unangekündigten Verspätung, behält ISTRALINE den Gesamtbetrag der Reservierung.
