The central point of the villa is the open concept living-dining-kitchen area, from where you have a direct view of the beautiful terrace and pool. The 30 m2 private pool with hydromassage lures you to relax and sunbathe. A grill is also at your disposal in the spacious garden. Here you can let your children and pets romp around freely, since the property is completely enclosed. Next to Villa Helena there is also a 5000 square meter green plot of land, which the owner takes care of and which is ideal for outdoor activities.

Beautiful Villa Helena is located just 10 km away from charming Fazana. It is also the port of departure for the Brijuni Islands – the national park with the attributes of “Heaven on Earth”. In this area you will also find beautiful beaches. Beautiful city of Pula is just a short drive away from the villa. Pula offers all sorts of leisure activities, including sport facilities, night clubs, casinos, pubs and restaurants, and organised excursions.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300€ refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35€ non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
Max. 2 well behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50 Euros per pet per week.
