First Floor, three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Twin, 1 Super King/Twin*), Two Bathrooms (1 x shower, basin & WC, 1 x Shower, bath, basin & WC). Second Floor – Sitting Room with beamed ceiling plus 2 sofa beds to sleep 2 further guests if needed (supplement of £75 per person), bean bags, board games and books.

Off the beaten track yet accessible, the Farm set in the Blackdown Hills offers 200 acres of private fields and woods to explore, including access to panoramic views from Dumpdon Hill fort and a nature reserve.
Across the courtyard, opposite the barn, there is a large orchard garden with a seating area, including garden furniture and BBQ. The orchard enjoys stunning views across the valley, making it the perfect spot to sit and relax after a day spent exploring the local attractions.

Directions : Take the Dunkeswell road out of Honiton and off the A30 trunk road, cross Langford Bridge over the River Otter. After 150 yards turn right, Woodhayes Farm is the first drive on left.
