Second housing unit: Consisting of 2 independent apartments, about 20 meters from the main house, on the same property. Each apartment has a living area of 120 m² approx.. The first apartment consists of a living-dining room, an open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom en suite with bathtub, wc and washbasin.
The second apartment consists of a living-dining room, an open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom en suite with shower tray, wc and washbasin. Outside the apartments there’s a built-in barbecue.

First payment: 40% of the total amount to confirm the reservation by transfer or by credit card.
Second payment: 60% when the client receives the keys, in cash or by credit card.
If you make a booking 30 days or less before the arrival, you have to pay within 1 day the 40% at confirmation and 60% at hand over the keys and in cash.
The terms and conditions on cancellation expenses come into effect from the moment this booking contract is formalised.

Cancellation expenses will be determined from the date of receipt according to the following scale:
0% costs if the client cancels the booking 42 days or more before the arrival date.
40% of the whole booking amount if the client cancels between 41 and 8 days before the arrival in the holiday home.
100% of the booking amount, in the case that the client cancels the reservation 7 days before the arrival into the property.
Animals with a weight until 12 kg are allowed: 30€ per stay
It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90 € per stay.
