'Meer & mehr', our artist's stone house by the sea, was completely renovated in 2011 and furnished with works by young artists and designers. 'Meer & mehr' is located in a mountain village in the 'Ucka' nature park with a wonderful view of the blue sea.
The ground floor of the larger country house features three individual bedrooms (some with their own entrances) and a stone bathroom, while the upper floor includes a huge living room with an integrated dining room, a studio & leisure room, the kitchen and another bathroom. There's also a second exit out to the terrace with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area.
You'll be staying in an artist's house where you can not only enjoy the art while you're on holiday, but can also take it home with you.
The sea view is beautiful during the day, but the sea of lights opposite is breathtaking in the evening.

Meer & mehr is nestled in a nature park on the edge of the two fashionable Imperial and Royal spa towns of Lovran & Opatija. In the same places where Sissi and Hofstadl once spent their Imperial relaxation time, you can choose between a seaside promenade, the solitary blue and green vistas of nature, eat truffles you've found yourself, visit lonely waterfalls or enjoy a large helping of peace and quiet, nature and culture.
A vehicle is a necessity here. There's also a bus stop 500m away at the front of the house, however.
If they're not coming in their own car, our guests also enjoy arriving by plane (Rijeka, Pula or Trieste, all 3 approx. 75km away) or by train (18km, EC)
