The 90 m2 holiday apartment is furnished with nice new furniture, marble floors and has been equipped with all conceivable comforts.
Ýou'll feel right at home in the open living area with modern American kitchen, the large bedroom with an extra balcony and the wonderful large south-facing terrace.
Open American kitchen, the lovely seating nook can be converted into a sleeper sofa and offers places to sleep for 2 additional persons.
Bedroom: double bed 2x2 m with good mattresses, large spacious built in wardrobe with many hanging and storage options, directly from the bedroom you enter the large bathroom with double sinks, glazed walk-in shower, oversized jacuzzi tub and WC.
A balcony off of the bedroom on the north side has a beautiful side view of the sea.
Wonderful sea view and to Gomera, enjoy sunsets right on the terrace, only 100 metres from the beach and waterfront promenade, you can use the bicycles for free.
Tenerife has many golf courses, each more beautiful than the other, so absolute musts are Loro Parque and Siam Parque. You also absolutely must take a drive to Teide, the highest mountain on the island.
The lovely communal pool is located on the roof of the building, and there are many sun loungers and seating options available there.
There is a free space available in the garage for your rental car.
In the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment there are shops where you can get all of your everyday needs: fresh rolls daily, groceries etc. Restaurants and bars are only a short walk away. There is a bar only 50 m away live Spanish music, across from the best restaurants in the area, Sea Lounge.
From the Tenerife South Airport, take the exit direction, then take the Los Christianos motorway exit (about 1 km).
Once on the motorway, drive for about 10 km and take exit 69 signposted for Guaza - be careful here, because the exit has to simultaneous exist, only take the exit for Guaza (the second one). Follow the roundabout (take a right under the bridge), at the next roundabout take the first exit to Las Galletas.
On the country road to Las Galletas, drive for about 2 km to an additional roundabout, and there take the first exit on the right, signposted for Palm Mar.
Follow this under the white arch (labelled Palm Mar) into the village and keep going straight on over many roundabouts, nearly to the sea. The holiday home is the last building on the left side in front of the sea. There are three gates, ours has a sign with the name "Tamanca". Our manager Cristina will be waiting for you at the gate.
When leaving the holiday home toward the gate, press the switch at the upper end of the stairs just before the gate to open it.

If the renter cancels, the agreed upon rental price is due if the owner is not able to re-rent the property for the booked period. If the property is re-rented, 30% of the rental price is due to cover additional expenses, 70% is returned to the renter.
3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full.
