This fully air-conditioned modern Villa Berni stretches over two floors. Three bedrooms, two of them ensuite, are distributed over the upper floor with a delightful. The forth bedroom with a private bathroom is situated on the ground floor. Here is also a bright and cosy living room with an open plan dining area and well equipped kitchen. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
